 Sparkly Necklace

Today I made a sparkly necklace with a button and some left over beads that I had lying around the house.  I noticed that sweetbearies.com has not been updated for over a month, so I really wanted to make a concerted effort to update my site more frequently.  Do you think it is weird I put a sparkly button on my necklace?  I did that so I could have a unique and shimmery pendant, which goes to show how buttons can be incorporated into jewelry.

My American Bear Drawing:

This is a drawing of an American bear I made in 2003.   I created him by using simple colored pencils and keeping my eyes on the subject more than on the paper.  One of the best art tips I can give you is the keep your eyes on the subject and not on the paper, which will help you to learn how to draw more quickly.
